Purchasing an item is easy. Just send me a quick email. Let me know which product you are interested in. If it is a made-to-order item please let me know how many you want. I will email you back with a few specific questions
regarding address, shipping, quantity, and preferred payment method. It's as easy as that.
What payment methods does BaitedHook Handmade accept?
BaitedHook has the ability to accept checks and Paypal. When you know which item you wish to purchase send me an email and let me know what payment method you prefer and I will email you the required checking or Paypal information.
Does BaitedHook Handmade do custom orders?

What if I want an Ice Cream Garland that is all chocolate because I don't like vanilla or strawberry ice cream?

I like the wooden fish but not sure where I could use it?
The wooden fish are lovely as an accent anywhere in your home or office. I use them in my house to make dead corners lively and cheerful. Sitting them on side tables or mantels adds colour and atmosphere to any room. I also give them to friends and clients as unique gifts.

I have triplets and if they get things that aren't exactly the same they start fighting. Is there any way I can order 3 sock monkeys that are exactly the same?
Unfortunately, because these are handmade they are all slightly different. Email me your request and I can see what I can do to be as accommodating as possible.
My child is allergic to pets - are your items hypo-allergenic?
BaitedHook is a home-based company and that home is run by LuLu – a portly, somewhat surly, cat. If your child has any allergy issues my plush creations would not be suitable.
Are your plush items child friendly?
Some of my sock monkeys have button eyes which are a choking hazard for babies. I do not recommend buttons for children from 0-3 years of age. I do have some sock monkeys with appliqued felt eyes. These would be a better choice for your child.
I just gave my cat a PurrPocket and she is acting strange. What's happening?
All Baited Hook Purr Pockets are made with pure organic catnip. It is not store bought. It grows wild at my mother's house. I pick it, dry it and stuff it into little pillows of joy for your feline friend. Most cats enjoy the catnip experience - huge rumbling purrs and lots of friendly kisses. I have a massive bag at all times on hand and I usually have 3 or 4 neighbourhood cats on my front porch at any given time. However, some cats like to play fight when experiencing a catnip high. Just let them be.
