This decorative cork board is fun and whimsical and will add a splash of colour to your home or office. The wine corks have been cut in half and adhered to the wooden frame. The frame is an upcycled item that was found in a local Goodwill.

There are two hooks at the bottom to hang keys on and a small shelf for coin, etc.

The fish is layers of mixed media on hand cut scrap wood. The first layer is paper collage. The second layer is chalk pastel drawings which is fixed using acrylic gel medium. Numerous layers of acrylic paint is applied to add detail, texture and pattern. Beads are then attached to give a little sparkle. They are then protected with layers of water-based varnish. The predominant colours are greens.
